Responsibilities
Generate new business through networking, cold calling, and in-person outreach
Build relationships with:
Homebuilders
Remodelers
Roofing companies
Home-service professionals
HOA boards and community managers
Realtors and property managers
Attend networking groups (BNI, builder associations, etc.)
Identify and create partnerships that drive consistent referrals
Represent the Brothers Gutters brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
Visit job sites, meet with homeowners, and provide on-site consultation
Qualification
Required
Energetic, self-driven, and proactive
Excited by the hunt for new business
Love meeting new people and starting conversations
Thrive in a fast-paced, relationship-driven sales environment
Feel confident walking into a builder's office or job site
Motivated by commission, results, and professional growth
Enjoy working autonomously while still being part of a strong team
Strong follow-through and communication skills
Experience developing relationships through networking and cold calling
Experience working with builders, contractors, or other home-service companies
Preferred
Outside sales (home services, construction, roofing, pest control, solar, landscaping)
Experience building referral networks
Familiarity with BNI or similar networking groups
Comfort visiting job sites or residential neighborhoods
