CRM Manager
Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies (U.S.) is dedicated to bringing the gift of health to life through innovative nutrition products. The CRM Manager will develop and execute strategies to enhance consumer relationships and increase customer lifetime value using various marketing channels including web, email, and SMS.

Responsibilities
Create and deploy a comprehensive CRM strategy to engage consumers and grow omnichannel sales using web, email, and SMS touchpoints; bring the Nature Made brand to life by using our tools to create campaign-based, automated and transactional messages that help consumers navigate our products and build regimens
Lead an innovative email, SMS, and lifecycle marketing roadmap that delivers high quality content to educate, inspire, and drive loyalty amongst consumers; work together with creative teams and production teams to bring the content to life
Use data and insights to develop a deep understanding of our consumers and our lifecycle marketing programs using both quantitative (KPIs) and qualitative analysis (surveys reviews, feedback); keep the marketing organization up-to-date on the health of our CRM marketing efforts and segments, and continually demonstrate why they’re important to our business
Test and learn to push our CRM programs into the future; build segmentation strategies, experiment with personalization, develop and implement A/B testing methods, and innovate with merchandising concepts
Build compelling on-site strategies to acquire consumers, retain them, and incentivize behaviors that strategically build our direct-to-consumer and omnichannel business
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of progressive CRM, email and SMS marketing, database marketing, ecommerce, DTC or related experience
Comfort delegating work and collaborating with freelancers, cross-functional teams and agencies to deliver results
Working knowledge in Klaviyo, Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Google Analytics, Shopify, Iterable, Yotpo or similar platforms
Exceptional skills in verbal and written communications; must also be an excellent listener
Creative, innovative thinker, and problem solver
Excellent planning and follow-up skills; ability to multi-task
Ability to analyze complex data and develop recommendations and solutions
Strong analytical knowledge and communication skills; comfortable communicating reporting, insights, and data-driven optimization strategies
Proven track record of analyzing and influencing customer lifecycle behaviors with expertise in acquisition, retention and growing lifetime value
Strong understanding of multiple consumer marketing channels and supporting technologies: email, SMS, referral, and loyalty programs
Passion for brand storytelling and a strong desire to influence stand-out creative content
Love for insights and data, with the ability to analyze it and use it to build compelling and thoughtful CRM strategies
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
Preferred
MBA is a plus
