Responsibilities
Advise and represent clients in commercial, corporate, and civil litigation matters
Draft and manage pleadings, witness statements, and legal submissions
Conduct legal research and provide strategic guidance to clients
Attend mediations, hearings, and trials as appropriate
Work closely with partners on high-profile and complex matters
Contribute to succession planning and growth initiatives, with clear opportunities for progression
Qualification
Required
Proactive and enthusiastic attitude
Great interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Keen interest in commercial work
Experience in advising and representing clients in commercial, corporate, and civil litigation matters
Experience in drafting and managing pleadings, witness statements, and legal submissions
Ability to conduct legal research and provide strategic guidance to clients
Experience attending mediations, hearings, and trials
Ability to work closely with partners on high-profile and complex matters
Willingness to contribute to succession planning and growth initiatives
