Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair computer hardware and software issues for residential & business clients
Provide in-person technical support – Troubleshoot and resolve problems onsite at the Service Center
Assist customers with IT solutions – Recommend products, memberships, security options, and other tech services
Perform field support – Conduct onsite service visits for installations, troubleshooting, and repairs
Manage multiple tasks efficiently – Handle repairs, sales inquiries, remote support sessions, and phone calls
Answer inbound calls and assist walk-in clients – Help customers find solutions in-store, over the phone, and via remote support
Work closely with the Business & Residential Teams – Communicate via Microsoft Teams to coordinate service and client needs
Keep up with industry trends – Stay updated on the latest technology solutions and best practices
Qualification
Required
3+ years of IT support & troubleshooting experience
2+ years of sales and customer service experience
1+ years of experience in field support (onsite troubleshooting, networking, or IT services)
Strong technical aptitude & passion for IT
Local candidates only – Must be within 30 miles of Saint Croix Falls, WI
Proficiency in Windows OS & Microsoft 365
Ability to diagnose, repair, and replace hardware components
Experience installing operating systems, software, and drivers
Excellent communication skills – Ability to explain tech solutions to non-technical users
Physical ability to stand for an entire shift & perform onsite visits as needed
Preferred
Typing speed of 60+ WPM
Experience working at an MSP or MSSP (3-5+ years preferred)
Networking experience (Firewall/Router & Networking troubleshooting)
Sales expertise in IT services, hardware, and security solutions
IT Certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, etc.)
AS/BS Degree in IT or related field
