teamative helps customers to digitize their business by taking on the complete responsibility for innovative IT & SAP projects. They are currently expanding their internal Recruitment team in Poland and are looking for an experienced IT recruiter who specializes in SAP to participate in various recruitment processes and search for SAP experts for open projects.

Responsibilities

Participation in various forms of recruitment (staff augmentation, mass recruitment, headhunting, and others)
Searching SAP experts for our open SAP projects (our end-clients are renowned European clients)
Conducting phone/online and personal interviews with potential candidates in Polish or in English/German languages
Updating and creating Job Descriptions and subsequent publication on social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn) and our website
Placing advertisements of new job vacancies (job portals)
Drawing up reports at regular intervals
You will be a part of the Czech/Slovak/Polish/Bulgarian/German/Romanian recruitment team
Experience in leading a team is an advantage
Proactive creating of the network of SAP specialists in Poland
Active work with Linkedin, Xing, freelancer’s web portals,
Participation in career events

Required

experience with IT/SAP recruiting of at least 5 years
education in the field of HR, or in similar fields (e.g., psychology) is an advantage
established networking of IT (SAP) specialists (mainly on LinkedIn)
Polish - native, English – upper-intermediate (B2), German – an advantage
Independence

ability to prioritize and enjoy the achievement of results

interest in new technologies
