Nybl is seeking an experienced and talented Motion Designer to join their design team. The role involves crafting visually striking motion graphics that communicate and engage audiences across various platforms, while collaborating with different teams to bring creative ideas to life.

Responsibilities

Design captivating motion graphics, reels, and animated videos, including product demos, product explainers, campaign animations, UI micro interactions, and dynamic intros/outros for programs and branded content

Animate static assets provided by graphic designers and can create visuals entirely from scratch when requested

Build on-brand visual content that enhances clarity, emotion, and engagement for social platforms, events, and the company’s website

Work closely with the Creative Art Director to maintain brand consistency while pushing visual boundaries

Collaborate across teams such as marketing, product, and sales, to bring creative ideas to life

Execute projects from concept to final frame, meeting deadlines without compromising quality

Optimize motion content for different platforms and resolutions (smooth playback matters!)
