Responsibilities
Manage the full project lifecycle for multiple customer deployments, maintaining clear scope, timeline, and success metrics
Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates, risks, and decisions; build trusted relationships with client stakeholders
Translate business objectives into technical requirements, and partner with Product, Engineering and Sales to design scalable approaches
Coordinate cross-functional resources, track dependencies, surface risks early, and drive mitigation plans
Establish test plans and acceptance criteria, ensure smooth cut-over, and monitor initial performance
Qualification
Required
4+ years managing enterprise SaaS or cloud deployment projects, ideally in data or AI-driven products
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders from kickoff through successful go-live
Solid grasp of modern SaaS architecture and concepts such as APIs, cloud security, data pipelines, and LLM workflows
Clear, concise communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation
Experience with agile project tools (Jira, Asana, or similar) and standard project metrics
Strength in risk analysis, prioritisation, and problem solving under tight timelines
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
Preferred
PMP or similar certification is an asset but not required
