TheHiveCareers is an IT company seeking an APIGEE Support professional. The role involves planning and implementing upgrades, monitoring systems, collaborating with various teams to understand business requirements, and providing innovative technical solutions.

Responsibilities
Plan, implement / assist Engineering team in quarterly / yearly upgrades for hardware, firmware, and software for yearly roadmaps
Assist with around the clock monitoring, acting on alerts, analyzing errors, trends, and resolutions
Identify and recommend optimization & error reduction and performance improvement enhancement
Takes a lead role in collaborating with customers, business analysts, partners, and IT team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions
Concentrates on providing innovative solutions to more complex business needs
Work with Database administrators to enable connectivity from Middleware Tools to relevant Databases, and optimize the connectivity with appropriate parameter settings
Configure clustered instances where required using appropriate technologies
Work with Application developers, System and Database administrators to deploy Middleware agents and configure them
