Responsibilities
Architect and oversee delivery of intelligent systems, enterprise integrations, AI, and cloud-native applications
Define and evolve solution offerings across AI/ML, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and data engineering
Lead development of industry-specific technology strategies such as:
Finance: AI-powered fraud detection, legacy modernization, and regulatory compliance platforms
Public Sector: Digital transformation through AI and secure cloud adoption
Professional Services: Process automation, workflow intelligence, and enterprise platform engineering
Build and lead multidisciplinary engineering teams across the U.S. and offshore hubs
Establish best practices in architecture, software development, and technical program management
Foster a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and innovation
Serve as a senior technical advisor in client engagements, translating business needs into technical solutions
Lead technical pre-sales, RFP responses, and solution architecture for large enterprise deals
Collaborate with technology partners (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, Cisco) to co-create go-to-market solutions
Drive client success through delivery excellence, thought leadership, and long-term relationship building
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, preferably within consulting, engineering services, or enterprise delivery
Strong background in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), enterprise AI/ML, software architecture, and DevOps
Experience leading full lifecycle technology programs — from architecture and design to delivery and optimization
Proven success delivering high-impact solutions in regulated, complex industries such as finance and energy
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to align technical direction with business outcomes
Comfortable managing hybrid teams across U.S. and global time zones
Preferred
Background in technology consulting, systems integration, and enterprise software delivery
Hands-on product development experience, particularly with AI-native solutions from concept through commercialization
Strong collaboration skills across product, sales, and delivery teams in dynamic, high-growth environments
