Responsibilities
Pinpoint the highest-impact levers across the client journey, craft a prioritized roadmap of high-conviction experiments, and align cross-functional teams to bring it to life
Launch and optimize tests across key touchpoints (e.g., landing pages, candidate survey, sales flow, checkout and lifecycle) to increase conversion from start survey to net purchase
Collaborate with Product to launch sticky features and growth loops that turn healing into a habit, driving exponential engagement, organic referrals, and lasting retention
Uncover and unleash new growth channels, then pressure-test them fast to find what scales
