Im Rahmen Digitaler Transformation arbeitest du in agilen und interdisziplinären Teams an spannenden und anspruchsvollen Projekten mit dem Fokus auf künstliche Intelligenz
Diese Projekte begleitest du über den gesamten Entwicklungszyklus von der ersten Idee, über die technische Evaluierung, bis hin zum Prototypen, der echten Implementierung und dem verbundenen Roll-out
Du durchdringst die Datenlandschaft und das Geschäftsmodell unserer Kunden und wendest dein Wissen, neue Technologien, neue Tools und Verfahren erfolgreich an
Du übersetzt deine Arbeit, Gedanken und eingesetzte Technologie strukturiert in die Empfängerperspektive und reduzierst dabei Komplexität
Du konzipierst und entwickelst eigenverantwortlich Analysen, Algorithmen und komplette Machine Learning Pipelines
Du führst andere Kollegen und Kolleginnen fachlich, unterstützt sie in ihrer Weiterentwicklung und bei alltäglichen Projektfragen im Bereich Data Science
Qualification
Required
You have a relevant university degree in a technical or scientific subject such as (business) informatics, mathematics, physics, economics, or a related field with a focus on statistical analysis
You have at least 3 years of professional experience with many successful projects in which you have held a leadership position
You have a very good understanding of statistics and machine learning and are proficient in Python and the most important libraries (pandas, numpy, lightgbm, scikit-learn, tensorflow, etc.)
You have experience in data preparation and cleaning and can independently implement appropriate data processing pipelines
You have experience in developing ML and data products and are familiar with the relevant ML and data ops tools (Airflow, ML-Flow, Docker, Kubernetes)
