They are seeking an experienced Oracle Project Manager to lead Oracle Cloud ERP implementation programs, ensuring project governance, delivery excellence, and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle Oracle Cloud ERP / EBS implementation & rollout projects
Drive program planning, budgeting, resource planning, and delivery tracking
Manage project governance, risk logs, RAID items, and escalation processes
Act as a primary point of contact for customer stakeholders & executive sponsors
Coordinate cross-functional teams including onsite, offshore & client SMEs
Ensure delivery timeline, scope alignment, and quality compliance
Support proposal response, SOW preparation, and solution roadmap planning
Monitor project financials and internal reporting dashboards
Ensure Go-Live readiness, cutover, and hypercare success
Manage change requests and scope control processes
Qualification
Required
12+ years of experience in IT project management with at least 6+ years managing Oracle ERP projects
Proven track record of Oracle Cloud ERP or Oracle EBS implementations
Strong understanding of Oracle modules such as SCM, Finance, Manufacturing, and CX
Experience managing distributed global teams in onsite–offshore delivery model
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Hands-on experience in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Smartsheet
Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Preferred
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology is an added advantage
PMP / Prince2 / Agile certification preferred (not mandatory)
MBA preferred (not required)
