The Online Sales Chat Agent will assist customers in their purchasing decisions, specializing in Furniture and Bedding, while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
Assist customers through online chat to facilitate sales of furniture and bedding
Provide excellent customer service and support to guests
Utilize Windows-based computer programs for sales processes
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal and written communication
Great listening ability with attention to detail
High energy people person with a sales focus and experience in a customer satisfaction environment
Available to work a retail schedule
Prior experience using Windows-based computer programs
Basic reading and comprehension skills
Basic numerical reasoning skills
Ability to complete paperwork in an accurate, neat and efficient manner
40 wpm minimum requirement
Basic computer skills a must with prior experience with Excel and Google a plus
High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred
Previous demonstrated experience in a customer satisfaction or sales environment
Previous retail experience a plus but not required
