Responsibilities
Read and compare both the source and translated paragraphs
Evaluate them sentence by sentence
Focus strictly on semantic meaning (not grammar, fluency, or tone)
Determine whether each sentence in the translation reflects the same idea as the original
Assign a semantic equivalence score
Provide brief comments for any unclear or mismatched translations
Qualification
Required
Native speakers of Khmer and Thai
Strong ability to follow detailed guidelines
Exceptional attention to detail
Preferred
Prior experience with machine translation evaluation is a plus
