Senior Back-end Java Engineer

They are seeking a Senior Back-end Java Engineer to develop, manage, test, and deploy backend systems essential for protecting customers' digital products from malware and fraud.

Designing microservices and event-driven systems
Ensuring performance, reliability, and security
Collaborating across teams to deliver robust solutions

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Familiarity and preferably experience in working with a microservices architecture
Experienced in building and using event-driven architectures
Strong experience with Postgres is highly desirable
Experienced with AWS, Docker, Kafka, and Spring Web
Knowledge of caching technologies such as Redis is advantageous
Proficient in Java and the Spring Boot framework
Strong knowledge of modern build tools like Gradle and Maven
Familiarity with open-source development workflows using GIT
You keep your skills up to date by training and learning by doing
Experience working within Agile environments (SCRUM/Kanban)
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
