Responsibilities
Accelerate access to transformative care by doubling net-new clients in 6 months and 5x’ing in 18. All while driving sustainable growth that brings life-changing treatment to more people, faster
Build a high-velocity creative engine from the ground up, delivering 8-12 new concepts each month and uncovering the messages, formats, and visuals that compel action and inspire healing
Own new channel discovery and validation, launching a prioritized testing roadmap and converting high-signal experiments into acquisition engines that meaningfully expand access to life-changing care
Qualification
Required
Firsthand experience with altered states of consciousness
Live and breathe performance marketing; constantly study other brands, dissect what performs, and learn from a network of top peers and mentors
Apply principles of consumer psychology, persuasion, and storytelling to every stage of the buyer's journey
Design and run scrappy but signal-rich experiments to identify new scalable channels
Own the economics of acquisition end-to-end using data, attribution, and judgment to drive efficient, scalable growth
