Responsibilities
Own the product strategy, roadmap, and requirements across our product suite
Establish a voice of a customer mechanism to foster a customer obsessed and collaborative culture and drive adoption of our products
Create a shared vision across the organization by engaging with stakeholders and insuring the roadmap meets customer and business needs
Mentor PM-Ts across the organization to help them grow while creating a unified product strategy
Partner closely with engineering leaders to make the product vision a reality
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience technical product management
Preferred
Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
Experience with building products for builders
