Responsibilities
Develop and implement a multi-platform social media strategy (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) aligned with company branding and growth goals
Manage the editorial calendar and ensure consistent, timely publishing
Create engaging content (visuals, videos, copy) that reflects our tone and values
Capture and produce photo and video content from events, site visits, and internal moments
Write compelling captions, taglines, and short-form narratives for campaigns
Design visual assets or coordinate with internal/external designers as needed
Monitor audience trends and adapt content to optimize reach and engagement
Respond to comments and messages to build an authentic community presence
Track KPIs, analyze content performance, and prepare monthly reports
Collaborate closely with HR, Marketing, and Engineering to highlight milestones, culture, and achievements
Support internal communications with digital storytelling initiatives
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or content creation
A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, visual storytelling, and platform-specific content
Excellent writing skills and fluent communication in English (German or Serbian is a plus)
Hands-on experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar
Solid knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics
Creative mindset with attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
Familiarity with B2B or employer branding content
Interest in (or experience with) engineering, infrastructure, or technology sectors
