ryd is a company operating Europe-wide in the field of mobile payment with a focus on ryd pay. The Sales Manager Fleet will win new Fleet & B2B partners, own the full sales cycle, and drive fleet growth initiatives while representing ryd pay at industry events.

Responsibilities
You win new Fleet & B2B partners and build a strong ryd pay sales pipeline
You own the full sales cycle from first contact to deal closing
You drive fleet growth initiatives and identify high-potential opportunities
You coordinate onboarding & integration with Tech/Product for a fast go-live
You represent ryd pay at industry events and generate qualified leads
You ensure strong activation & conversion across the full partner lifecycle
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in payments, mobility, fleet, or SaaS
Strong hunter mentality with the ability to build pipelines, engage customers and close deals
Confident communicator who sparks interest through consultative selling
Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership, drive, and a hands-on approach
Thrives in fast-paced environments, stays organized, and works independently
Excellent German and English skills
