Responsibilities
Lead development and integration of business-critical applications using Microsoft Power Platform
Design data models, workflows, and integrations with external systems using APIs and custom connectors
Build and managing Power Automate flows to automate data movement, transformation, and notifications across systems
Connect and orchestrate data pipelines between on-premises SQL databases and cloud services using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Power Automate connectors
Validate and monitor automated processes to ensure accuracy and reliability
Strong understanding of workflow design principles and low-code/no-code solutions
Deliver test migrations and integrations, manage issue logs and lead issue review meetings with internal and external stakeholders
Adapt existing or create new T-SQL scripts and stored procedures to extract and transform legacy data into Litera staging database formats
Support go-live activities by ensuring data readiness, flow reliability, and access control
Qualification
Required
Proven experience developing with Microsoft Power Platform (Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
Strong understanding of data integration and API connectivity across multiple business systems (preferably legal software)
Strong proficiency in SQL, Azure Data Factory, Power Automate
Knowledge of PowerShell, JSON, SSIS, Azure Service Bus, Rest API's
Experience in operating in a client facing role
Strong analytical mindset with a passion for process improvement through automation
Excellent communication skills, including written and spoken English, for cross-functional collaboration
Ability to work independently or as part of a team and manage multiple project tasks simultaneously
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Preferred
Basic programming capabilities in C#, .Net, Javascript and Python would desirable but not essential
