Service Operations Specialist

ABB E-mobility is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Service Operations Specialist to ensure smooth and efficient service processes from quotation to invoicing. The role involves processing customer orders, creating quotations, managing maintenance plans, and collaborating with the service team to drive continuous improvements.

Responsibilities

Process customer orders for Invoicing

Create quotations for customers and follow up on the receipt of the purchase order

Manage maintenance plan jobs (Preventative Maintenance) for the Field Service engineers in SFDC system and communicate the annual maintenance plan with Customers

Process all completed work orders from Field Service Engineers

Process spare part returns and when required book collections with logistics companies

Maintain Service Inventory

Process credit resolutions for customers in accordance with the Credit Control department requirements

Work closely with the complete Service team to ensure all necessary transactions are completed in a timely manner

Identify fields of improvements and optimization and work with the different Service team members to prioritize and roll out continuous improvement activities and projects

Strong coordination and multitasking abilities

Good level of education achieved or demonstrated successful work experience in similar field of work

Fluent spoken and written English is a mandatory requirement for this role

Preferred

SAP and SFDC Service Cloud experience would be an advantage
