They are seeking an experienced Solicitor from Senior Associate to Partner level to join their Corporate Commercial team, where the successful candidate will undertake fee-earning work on corporate and commercial client matters while also assisting in team management and business development.

Responsibilities
Undertake fee-earning work on both corporate and commercial client matters
Assist with managing and developing the team, including effective supervision of and delegation to team members
Play a key role in developing and expanding the departments’ client base
Qualification
Required
Experienced Solicitor from Senior Associate to Partner level
Strong corporate experience (both transactional and general)
Good commercial contracts experience, including general contracts, supply, distribution and franchise agreements, and terms and conditions
Excellent corporate and commercial experience
Business development and networking skills
Growth mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture
Ambitious, pro-active, and enthusiastic
Great interpersonal skills
