3+ years expBowen Scarff Ford is looking for Experienced Ford Service Technicians to join their growing team. The role involves diagnosing and repairing Ford branded vehicles while ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications and dealership policies.

Responsibilities
Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with both Ford and Dealership policies
Manufacturer specific diagnostic tools and equipment to be utilized for system and subsystem operating performance
Utilize your experience and skills working with complex Ford systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc
Rather specialize in a category or two? We do customized technician schedules which allow for Ford category specialist adherence and promotes work flow
Communicate directly with the Service Advisors so that customers are informed accurately for progress and of any additional service is needed
Provide estimated time needed for diagnostics and repairs to maintain production schedule as a whole
Execute all repairs to manufacturer specifications and documentation requirements
Qualification
Required
3+ years of Service Technician experience
High school diploma or equivalent
ASE Certification suggested and considered
Ford Certifications a plus and required to be working towards if hired
Previous experience at a Ford dealership is preferred
B level qualifications or greater desired
Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination
Mechanical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to operate diagnostic equipment
Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve
Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively
Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures
Maintain Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Background check required prior to hiring
Clear Pre-Screen drug testing per Washington State guidelines required prior to hiring
Preferred
3+ years of Service Technician experience preferred
Previous experience at a Ford dealership is preferred
Other OE brand dealership experience considered
