Senior Director, Enterprise Sales

The Senior Director of Enterprise Sales will lead a team of Account Executives to drive revenue growth by developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and establishing relationships with key clients.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with the company's overall objectives and revenue goals
Lead and manage the sales team, providing mentorship and guidance to help them meet their individual and team goals
Collaborate with other departments (such as marketing, Strategic Alliances, Clinical Sales, and product development) to ensure that the sales team has the necessary resources and support to effectively hit their targets
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and use this information to inform future sales strategies
Maintain relationships with key clients and partners, and actively seek out new business opportunities
Establish and maintain a strong sales culture that promotes teamwork, accountability, and a focus on achieving results
Partner in developing and managing the sales budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to meet sales targets and support business growth
Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for new sales techniques or technologies to help the company stay ahead of the competition
Prepare regular reports on sales performance (forecasting, pipeline health, etc) and present these to senior management, providing insight into key metrics such as revenue, customer acquisition, and market share

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in benefits and/or healthcare
Experience managing a large and diverse sales team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective internal and external collaboration
Deep understanding of the B2B sales process, including lead generation, qualification, and closing
Demonstrated ability to create and implement scalable sales strategies
Proficiency with CRM and other sales technologies
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Inspirational leadership style with a focus on accountability and coaching
