Responsibilities
Define tech stack strategy (evaluation/adoption of React, Node,gRPC, Go, etc.)
Lead system design for scalability (microservices, APIs, cloud infra)
Review code and enforce best practices (testing, security, performance)
React native in mobile development is good to have
Conduct technical interviews and build high-performing teams
Run tech sprints and R&D initiatives
Foster engineering culture (knowledge sharing, innovation
Build React.js frontends (TypeScript, Next.js)
Develop Node.js backend services (Nest.js, Express)
Implement Go components for high-throughput systems
Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL,Kafka)
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience
Leadership + Hands-on Technical role
Strong understanding of React.js and TypeScript for frontend development
Strong proficiency in Node.js and GraphQL for backend development, with experience in Go (Golang)
Hands-on experience with AWS/GCP cloud platforms and Kubernetes orchestration
Proven ability to implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines and monitoring with DataDog
Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL, Kafka)
Preferred
React native in mobile development is good to have
