Enterprise Customer Success Manager (DACH)

As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager (DACH), you will ensure enterprise clients maximize value from Libra by guiding them through onboarding and training, while collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Legal Engineering teams.

Responsibilities
Lead the integration of Libra into client workflows, ensuring seamless onboarding and adoption
Run workshops, demos, and enablement sessions that help users embrace Libra’s AI capabilities as an everyday tool
Act as the primary contact for enterprise customers with a consultative, strategic approach — becoming a trusted advisor and thought partner
Track adoption, utilization, and ROI metrics to drive measurable client success and renewal readiness
Build deep relationships and transform users into internal Libra champions
Proactively identify risks and opportunities for expansion through data insights and engagement
Translate client feedback into actionable insights for our Product and Legal Engineering teams
Partner closely with Sales during handoffs and renewal cycles to ensure a seamless customer experience
Travel within the DACH region may be required for client visits and workshops
Qualification
Required
2-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Enterprise SaaS account management
Proven experience managing large, complex customer relationships — ideally in legal tech, B2B SaaS, or professional services
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging with partners, CLOs, and senior executives
Strategic mindset with the ability to connect product capabilities to business outcomes
Organized, proactive, and able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
Team-oriented and collaborative — you thrive at the intersection of customer, product, and sales
Native-level German and professional English fluency
Preferred
Legal or consulting background (e.g., law degree, experience in a law firm, or management consulting) is a strong plus
