Responsibilities

Partner with Legal and Commercial teams to support contract negotiations and finalization
Review executed contracts to identify and extract key obligations, deadlines, deliverables, and payment milestones
Manage calendars and tracking systems to ensure timely execution of all contractual actions and obligations
Maintain organized records of contracts and related correspondence for audit and reference purposes
Prepare and maintain reports on contract performance, key milestones, and project status to support schedule monitoring and decision-making
Assist in managing amendments, claims, and change orders throughout the contract lifecycle
Foster strong relationships across internal teams and external partners to support effective contract execution
Contribute to continuous improvement of contract management processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency and compliance

Required

Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 6–7 years of experience in contract or commercial management within EPC/EPCM, project finance, or long-term supply/offtake environments
Proficiency in contract management software platforms and document tracking systems
Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and project/task management tools
Proven ability to interpret complex legal and commercial documentation
Solid understanding of contract law, risk allocation, and legal terminology
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in managing contract obligations and formal notices
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex information clearly
Analytical and proactive problem solver who anticipates issues and implements timely solutions
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Preferred

Advanced degree preferred
Professional certifications such as Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) or Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) are advantageous
Experience in industrial, engineering, or manufacturing sectors strongly preferred
