Responsibilities

Oversee dubbing projects end-to-end, including script adaptation, casting, recording, and quality review
Allocate tasks to internal teams and external partners (voice talents, studios, engineers, QA)
Manage and grow client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and long-term collaboration
Ensure timely, cost-effective delivery that meets technical and cultural expectations
Maintain accurate records of projects, timelines, and deliverables; prepare reports for senior management
Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and support business growth

Required

University degree in Audiovisual Arts, Media Communications, Business Management, or a related field
8+ years of experience in project management, including at least 2 years in dubbing
Strong knowledge of dubbing workflows, tools, and technologies
Proven track record managing international client accounts and complex projects
Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Pro Tools, and project management tools (MS Office Project, CRM systems)
Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Fluency in English, Arabic is a plus; additional languages are an advantage
