The Business Impact Associate will work with Fortune 500 clients to integrate AI forecasting models into their financial planning processes, driving transformational impact in enterprise finance.

Responsibilities
Be at the forefront with F500 clients as they integrate AI forecasting models into their existing financial planning processes
Review and analyze financial documents and forecasts to enrich our AI models for maximum accuracy and relevance
Serve as the bridge between complex AI outputs and business stakeholders, ensuring forecast explainability and adoption
Drive the transition from manual forecasting to AI-first approaches, you’ll be instrumental in fast-tracking AI adoption and driving transformational impact at the world's largest enterprises
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related quantitative field
2-3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or Investment Banking
Strong understanding of financial reporting, forecasting methodologies, and P&L dynamics at enterprise scale
Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
Experience with PowerPoint for executive-level presentations
Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts simply
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments
Self-motivated with strong project ownership and accountability
Preferred
Exposure to Pharma, Retail, or CPG industries
Experience with Integrated Business Planning processes
Interest in AI/ML applications in business contexts
