Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle: from outreach and qualification to contract signature
Build and manage deep relationships with law firm partners, general counsels, legal operations leaders, and innovation heads
Collaborate closely with Legal Engineering to design impactful demos, pilots, and AI workflows tailored to client needs
Map complex organizational structures across law firms and corporate legal departments to identify high-value use cases
Guide multi-stakeholder deals through legal, IT, and procurement processes with precision and speed
Deliver compelling presentations and business cases that demonstrate Libra’s ROI and strategic impact
Feed market insights and customer feedback directly into Product and Leadership to shape our roadmap
Contribute to and refine our enterprise sales playbook — we’re building this motion together

Qualification

Required

2–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with a proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals
Strong commercial instincts and comfort engaging C-level decision-makers in legal, compliance, or operations
Experience selling into law firms, legal departments, or other professional-services environments — or the curiosity and drive to learn fast
Excellent communication, credibility, and storytelling skills — you inspire confidence in every conversation
Collaborative mindset: you thrive working side-by-side with Legal Engineering and Product teams to craft tailored solutions
Entrepreneurial spirit: you're proactive, structured, and motivated by outcomes, not process
Native-level German and fluent English
High trust, high urgency, and a genuine passion for how AI is reshaping the legal industry

Preferred

A legal background (law degree or law-firm experience) is a strong plus — especially if you're ready to move from practicing law to transforming it
