Responsibilities
Accurately and efficiently upload and manage new products on the BigCommerce platform
Coordinate with inventory team to ensure timely and accurate product launches
Learn the BigCommerce system and how it integrates with our tools and processes
Identify and resolve technical issues related to the website
Monitor site functionality and report or fix bugs as needed
Maintain consistent site performance and user experience
Assist in optimizing product listings and webpages for search engine visibility
Apply on-page SEO best practices, including metadata, keywords, alt-text, and URL structuring
Stay informed of SEO trends and contribute to strategy improvements as needed
Maintain regular communication with the U.S based team
Adapt quickly to shifting project priorities while maintaining clear communication
Qualification
Required
Must have excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Ability to learn new software quickly
Flexibility with working hours aligned to US business hours (Central Time)
Preferred
Experience with BigCommerce or eCommerce platforms is a plus-but not required
