Responsibilities
Ensure our existing, production-grade infrastructure runs securely, reliably, and cost-effectively through continuous improvement
Define and enforce infrastructure best practices — product teams own their infra, you provide the standards, tooling, and guardrails
Lead and evolve DevOps processes to make them consistent and scalable
Own compliance automation & technical security (ISO, C5) — automate wherever possible (e.g. threat & vulnerability updates, event monitoring)
Support product teams by making infra easy, safe, and efficient to use
Contribute actively to our AI-driven transformation
Qualification
Required
Deep expertise in Terraform, AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), observability (Prometheus, Grafana), and automation
Strong background in distributed systems and architecture
Strong communication and leadership skills — you'll be the point person for infra and security best practices
Enthusiasm for AI and automation
Preferred
Hands-on compliance automation experience (ISO, C5)
Experience with Airflow
Familiarity with Vanta or similar tools
