The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies to drive growth, conducting market research, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with company goals and objectives to drive growth
Conduct market research and analysis to develop comprehensive business plans, focusing on opportunities for expansion and business development
Understand and address the needs of existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
Develop strategies to attract new customers while maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing ones
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and customer service, to ensure alignment and support business objectives
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders in the industry
Monitor and report commercial performance, providing regular updates to executives on sales and growth progress
Track, measure, and analyze commercial performance metrics (KPIs) to assess success and identify areas for improvement
Negotiate new projects and contract terms with prospective clients, securing mutually beneficial deals
Drive growth in customers, sales, revenue, and turnover, ensuring the company meets its financial targets
Recruit, mentor, and manage junior team members, providing guidance and support to develop their skills and capabilities

Required

Previous experience in a commercial leadership role, with hands-on involvement in operational aspects (e.g., Commercial Manager or Sales Lead)
Proven expertise in market research, analysis, and performance metrics to drive informed business decisions
Experience in sales, with a strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management
Fluency in Arabic is essential for effective communication with clients and stakeholders
Proficiency in French and English to support business interactions across diverse markets
Strong persuasion and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and close deals
Goal-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving targets and driving commercial success
Adaptability and flexibility, capable of adjusting strategies and approaches in a dynamic environment
Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a team toward success
