The Senior Sales Manager will identify and engage institutional clients interested in tokenized securities and digital assets, develop a pipeline of qualified leads, and negotiate contracts to close deals.

Identify and engage institutional clients interested in tokenized securities and digital assets
Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified leads
Present the platform’s value proposition
Negotiate contracts and close deals in collaboration with legal and compliance teams
Represent the company at industry events and conferences

Required

We only accept applicants who are resident in Germany or Austria and currently hold a work permit for Germany or Austria
5+ years of B2B sales experience in Web3 or financial services
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of blockchain, tokenization, or digital assets is a major plus
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Self-driven, strategic thinker, and a team player
Fluent in English and German; Further Language is a plus
