Key Account Manager Spain
XCEED is a dynamic company that connects people through music and events. They are seeking a Key Account Manager to manage and expand relationships with clients in Spain, ensuring they receive maximum value from the platform while identifying growth opportunities.

Responsibilities
Own client relationships: act as the trusted partner for our high-value clubs, festivals, and organizers, driving adoption, retention, and satisfaction
Onboard and educate: deliver smooth onboarding and clear training, empowering clients to use XCEED PRO with confidence
Support and problem-solve: provide timely, structured support, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively
Renew and grow accounts: manage renewals with a focus on retention and upsell, identifying opportunities to expand partnerships
Analyze performance: monitor and report on client activity, using insights to improve results for both the client and XCEED
Collaborate cross-functionally: work closely with Sales, Operations, Product, Marketing and Finance to ensure clear alignment and deliver initiatives that meet client needs
Qualification
Required
Proven client management experience: ideally in music, ticketing, events, or SaaS
Exceptional communication: able to listen deeply, adapt your tone, and present solutions clearly and persuasively to different stakeholders
Structured and proactive: skilled at managing multiple priorities with discipline, anticipating client needs rather than just reacting
Commercial acumen: confident in identifying revenue opportunities and balancing client needs with business goals
Analytical mindset: comfortable using data to drive decisions, with proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, and CRMs (ideally Pipedrive)
Fluency in Spanish and English: additional languages are a plus
Resilience and flexibility: available to support clients when they need you, including evenings or weekends if necessary around key events
Team player: you bring humility, reliability, passion, and a good sense of humour!
