Senior LevelWestwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their Renewables team. The Senior Project Manager will oversee high voltage projects, focusing on building client relationships and managing project teams to ensure successful project completion.

Responsibilities
Taking full accountability for multiple high voltage wind, solar, and/or storage projects
Managing stakeholder relationships, both internal and external
Coordinating and leading project teams
Performing Go/No-Go reviews on new leads to ensure strategic alignment
Interpreting client needs, prioritizing, and setting proposal strategy
Coordinating proposal preparation in collaboration with service leadership
Leading the contracting process with support from Market leadership
Providing program management for a portfolio of clients
Developing and implementing client strategies in line with market and division strategy
Establishing, tracking, and meeting revenue and sales targets for the portfolio
Managing client relationships
Demonstrating effective leadership and team management skills
Facilitating communication and coordination between service teams
Setting clear expectations with project teams and clients
Demonstrating financial responsibility and understanding of project financial metrics
Utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Embracing adaptability, resiliency, and innovation
Representing the organization in communications related to assigned clients and the industry
Qualification
Required
Experience in managing high voltage projects in the renewables sector (Wind, Solar, Storage, EV)
Strong client relationship management skills
Ability to manage project teams effectively
Experience in overseeing large, strategic priority, and/or high-risk projects
Proven track record in project management and accountability
Experience in performing Go/No-Go reviews on new leads
Ability to interpret client needs and prioritize proposal strategies
Experience in coordinating proposal preparation
Experience in leading the contracting process
Ability to provide program management for a portfolio of clients
Experience in developing and implementing client strategies
Ability to establish, track, and meet revenue and sales targets
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
Effective communication and coordination skills
Ability to set clear expectations with project teams and clients
Understanding of project financial metrics
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
