Responsibilities

Lead Job Amplification Initiatives: Enhance the EVP and promote GE Vernova’s brand and opportunities to clients across the EMEA region. Ensure campaigns align with client needs and business goals
Collaborate Globally and Regionally: Work closely with Client Success Specialists in Americas and EMEA to maintain cohesive global strategies tailored for regional relevance
Act as GE Vernova’s Ambassador: Consistently promote our values, mission, and EVP in all client interactions
Strategic Content Creation: Collaborate with the Talent Attraction Content Specialist to create impactful job advertisements that resonate within the EMEA market
Cultivate Client Relationships: Maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with regional clients, acting as the primary point of contact for escalations and proactive engagement
Utilize CRM Tools: Track, analyze, and optimize client relationships using data-driven insights to drive informed decisions and improve satisfaction metrics
Provide Strategic Input: Offer insights to leadership on market trends, client feedback, and opportunities for improvement and innovation
Deliver Performance Insights: Spearhead job amplification campaigns across platforms, delivering quarterly performance insights and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
Strategic Partnerships and Pipeline Development: Engage with external organizations to inform and execute regional talent attraction strategies, lead outreach efforts that strengthen employer brand visibility, expand talent pipelines and accelerate top of funnel engagement

Required

Proven expertise in client success, account management, or talent acquisition, with a track record in managing recruitment campaigns across the EMEA region
Experience in developing content strategies that align with business goals and enhance recruitment engagement
Understanding of the EMEA region, including familiarity with collaborating with teams in the Americas and APAC
Proficiency in campaign strategy and leveraging performance data for decision-making
Ability to influence and engage clients effectively across diverse cultural contexts
Capacity to collaborate effectively across teams and geographies
Addressing client challenges and driving innovation
