They are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will be responsible for generating pipeline and engaging decision-makers through targeted outreach efforts and collaboration with sales and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

Lead outreach efforts through cold calls, email, and LinkedIn to introduce Code Districts services
Engage prospects in meaningful conversations, understand their pain points, and qualify their potential fit
Consistently meet or exceed targets for outreach volume, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities
Maintain organized and up-to-date records of outreach and pipeline activity using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
Conduct in-depth research on target accounts and tailor messaging that aligns with ABM tactics
Share insights and feedback from prospect interactions to support marketing and product alignment

Required

3 years of experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or Account Executive role, preferably in SaaS or a tech company
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outreach and pipeline generation goals
Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, Close.io, or similar) and sales engagement tools like Outreach or Apollo
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Ability to work independently, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Prior experience in B2B SaaS or working at a high-growth startup
Experience working with North American markets and time zones
Understanding of the end-to-end customer lifecycle and how outbound efforts align with broader sales strategies
