Lead a team of professionals including Healthcare Performance Engineers, Senior Project Managers, and a Billing Improvement Manager
Improve the effectiveness of the entire revenue cycle process through supporting key transformation initiatives
Integrate key technologies and build capacity for project management and process improvement
Lead hospital billing denials prevention activities
Expedite the implementation of revenue cycle projects and process improvement initiatives to maximize cash flow and revenue returns to the health system
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree Required
7-10 years of progressive management experience Required
Strong analytical and statistical analysis skills Required
Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills Required
Facilitation/Project management/Presentation skills required
Strong Negotiation skills, Initiative, tact, confidentiality, dependability and resourcefulness Required
