Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of properties
Prepare monthly and quarterly financials
Handle all aspects of accounting — from balance sheets and variance analysis to cash distributions and REIT testing
Take the lead on budgets, audits, and tenant billings (CAM, real estate taxes, percentage rent, etc.)
Work on complex, high-profile properties
Mentor junior accountants
Gain exposure to both GAAP and tax reporting within a collaborative and dynamic environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
2–5+ years of audit or public tax experience
Strong Excel skills
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow with a top-performing team
Preferred
CPA preferred, but not required
MRI, AvidXchange, or Anaplan experience a plus
