Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of high-impact technology, reseller, and referral partners
Lead joint business planning and execution to drive adoption and revenue growth
Collaborate with Marketing on co-marketing campaigns, events, and content initiatives
Partner with Sales and Solutions to align on pipeline development and partner enablement
Support negotiation of partnership agreements and lead onboarding for new partners
Track and report on key metrics like partner-driven leads, influenced revenue, and activation
Develop and refine playbooks to help scale Persona’s partner program

Required

4–6 years of work experience, with 2–4 years in partnerships, business development, or strategic go-to-market roles in tech or SaaS
Proven success driving measurable impact through partner-led initiatives
Strong relationship management skills — you're empathetic, curious, and commercially minded
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
A growth mindset — comfortable with ambiguity and excited to build structure in fast-moving environments
Willingness to travel monthly for partner meetings, conferences, and industry events

Preferred

Familiarity with identity, fraud, compliance, or trust & safety use cases is a plus
