Customer Service Representative--Cabot, PA
OL Papéis is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their expanding team at Concordia Medical Equipment. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction while working in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
Answer phone calls promptly and assist customers in the retail area, effectively resolving inquiries on the first call
Minimize the use of hold and transfer functions, ensuring efficient follow-up and communication
Communicate clearly and provide outstanding customer service both over the phone and in person
Share the workload of phone calls, orders, and retail tasks equally with the Customer Service team
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong customer service, phone, and typing skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cohesive team
Preferred
Two years of customer service experience preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
