Lead/StaffLumen Resources is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to provide technical leadership across full-stack delivery. The role involves leading solution design for AEM-based digital experiences and working with cross-functional partners to ensure scalable and secure application development.

Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership across full-stack delivery, including UI, service/API layers, and integration points
Lead solution design and delivery for AEM-based digital experiences, ensuring scalability, security, and performance
Work with cross-functional partners to scope initiatives, recommend delivery approaches, and unblock execution
Establish and maintain reusable application patterns and development standards
Translate complex business needs into practical, well-architected technical solutions
Drive continuous improvement through modern engineering practices, automation, and cloud-ready design
Evaluate new tools and approaches and apply them where they meaningfully improve outcomes
Qualification
Required
Proven experience designing, building, and delivering full-stack applications using React on the frontend and Java on the backend
Demonstrated technical leadership across multiple teams/workstreams
Solid grounding in modern architectures (modular design, distributed services, integration patterns)
Comfort working across a range of backend/frontend technologies and adapting to existing stacks
Experience with modern delivery practices (CI/CD, code quality, cloud integration)
Ability to operate in compliance-aware environments with high standards for reliability
Clear communicator who can influence stakeholders and mentor engineers
