Supply Chain Manager of Member Success
Community Hospital Corporation (CHC) is a DFW Top 100 Employer looking to hire a Manager of Member Success based in Plano, TX. The Manager will oversee the supply chain processes, manage hospital account relationships, drive cost savings initiatives, and support contract negotiations for healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities
Manages and maintains strong, collaborative relationships with key vendors, suppliers, and hospital accounts
Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Supports the identification of opportunities to expand existing partnerships and develop new strategic alliances
Coordinates GPO compliance and conversion initiatives to drive cost savings and support supply chain performance
Assists in the negotiation and manages the terms of executed contracts, ensuring favorable pricing and adherence to contractual obligations
Contributes to the development and executes defined elements of the supply chain strategy that aligns with the organization's overall goals and objectives
Manages the implementation of best practices for procurement, inventory management, distribution, and logistics to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
Supports a culture of continuous improvement within the supply chain function, driving innovation and process enhancements
Provides guidance and support to facility supply chain staff and C-Suite, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and best practices
Leverage data analytics to monitor key performance indicators and proactively address any potential disruptions or bottlenecks
Mentors and coaches junior staff and coordinates activities across cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
Perform other duties as assigned
Travel up to 60% to support member facilities within the region and lead new onboarding implementations
Qualification
Required
4+ years of progressive experience in a healthcare setting, including 2+ years in a management or senior specialist role with proven success in supply chain management, account coordination, contract support, and cost savings execution
A bachelor's degree in business, health care administration, supply chain management, or related field is strongly preferred. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in a healthcare setting, demonstrating strong supply chain management, strategic account coordination, and contract support skills, is required
10+ years of progressive experience in a healthcare setting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on account management, member success, or supply chain operations
Experience working with GPOs and managing relationships with member hospitals
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team of professionals
Proven track record of building strong relationships with senior leadership at large hospitals
Strong knowledge of healthcare purchasing, products, services, inventory management, distribution, contracting, and automated systems
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, fostering collaboration and driving mutual success
Proficiency in supporting the negotiation and managing complex contracts, ensuring favorable terms and compliance
Solid understanding of GPO programs, processes, and their impact on supply chain operations
Familiarity with multiple healthcare materials management information systems (MMIS) platforms
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to optimize supply chain performance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Adept at identifying/resolving complex issues and implementing effective solutions
Ability to develop and execute regional member success strategies aligned with organizational goals
Ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations to member leadership, conveying complex information in a clear and concise manner
