Responsibilities
Take ownership and troubleshoot user help desk calls through to successful resolution
Handles day-to-day user administration on corporate systems
Troubleshoot production equipment problems
Build and reimage computers and manage peripherals
Keep current with application updates and industry trends in order to maximize IEWC’s investment in computerized systems
Performs and assumes other duties and responsibilities as may be required at the direction of management
Qualification
Required
Student must be pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
Student must be Junior or Senior academic standing
Must be a collaborative, team player with a willingness to learn
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
