Lead, inspire, and mentor a high-calibre team of CFOs, enabling them to deliver transformative financial leadership to clients across industries
Drive the expansion of your region, setting strategic priorities, building market presence, and ensuring alignment with The CFO HQs global vision
Source, engage, and convert opportunities with CEOs, investors, and boards. Develop long-term relationships built on trust, credibility, and measurable impact
Build alliances with professional networks, private equity, advisory firms, and industry leaders. Position your region as a hub of excellence and thought leadership
Work closely with our National and International Leadership Network, contributing to cross-border initiatives, knowledge-sharing, and joint client opportunities
Embody The CFO HQs principles of excellence, integrity, and innovation, fostering a culture where people, trust, and capability underpin every decision
Qualification
Required
A seasoned CFO or senior finance leader with 15+ years experience, ideally across multiple sectors
Proven record in business development, strategic growth, and client leadership
Entrepreneurial mindset with the resilience and creativity to build and scale a business unit
Ability to mentor senior peers, inspire trust at board level, and engage with CEOs, investors, and stakeholders
Strong networks within private equity, banking, advisory, or corporate leadership circles
A natural communicator with the gravitas to influence, and the curiosity to keep learning
Leadership and Networking, Relationship Building
Leader with great Financial & Commercial Acumen
Knowledge and understanding of CFO-level challenges
Skilled in setting regional growth strategies, monitoring performance
