Responsibilities

Coordinate clinical trials according to sponsor protocols and ensure adherence to SOPs

Acquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of study protocols and associated procedures

Communicate effectively with sponsors, CROs, CRAs, IRBs, laboratories, and clinical personnel

Advise Investigators and staff on study protocols and procedures essential for successful study execution

Ensure timely documentation and reporting of adverse or serious adverse events in accordance with protocol

Uphold ALCOA principles for accurate and timely documentation, including meticulous data entry

Required

Minimum of two years of clinical research and phlebotomy experience

Bachelor's degree required

Proficient in conducting and interpreting clinical and diagnostic assessments (vital signs, height, weight, temperature, etc.)

Demonstrated ability to work independently, lead studies, and make informed decisions

Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills with a professional demeanor and high motivation

Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent studies

Preferred

Clinical Research Coordinator certification (CCRC) preferred

Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred

Previous clinical experience in a healthcare or research setting preferred

Experience in CNS research, psychiatry, psychology, or social work is highly desirable
