Packard Culligan is a family-owned company dedicated to providing the best drinking water and water treatment products. They are seeking a Service Technician to service and install water treatment equipment, providing excellent customer service and support to existing residential customers.

Represent Culligan in the community in a safe and professional manner

Service, install and repair commercial and industrial water treatment equipment

Maintain professional attitude within accounts with all customers

Promote and sell other Culligan products and services

Required

Strong mechanical aptitude

Ability to troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install commercial and industrial water softeners, reverse osmosis machines, filtration equipment and other water treatment equipment systems

Plumbing experience is a plus but not required

Ability to sit, stand, lift, and maneuver within commercial buildings, industrial facilities, manufacturing plants and production areas

Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues

Mechanical inclination and problem-solving skills

Basic understanding of hydronic, electrical and mechanical equipment

Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently

Ability to work under deadlines and physically demanding conditions (ability to move product that is up to 185 lbs)

Professional verbal and written communications skills

1+ year working experience in a customer service, customer focused position

Valid MO driver's license

Safe driving record

Must pass DOT physical exam
