Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of data-driven strategies to enhance the efficiency and scalability of our operations, identifying opportunities for technology integration and process optimization to prepare for organizational growth

Act as a key liaison between Operations and other departments, fostering critical thinking and analytical approaches to solve complex challenges facing our teams

Utilize data analytics tools and methodologies to generate actionable insights, performance metrics, and forecasting models that support decision-making and drive continuous improvement in regulatory compliance, talent management, and legal risk mitigation

Champion the implementation of cutting-edge technologies and digital solutions within the Operations group, including AI-driven tools for audits, recruiting automation, and compliance tracking, to elevate operational capabilities and readiness for scale

Serve as the SVP, Operations right-hand in mentoring subject-matter experts, building their analytical skills and strategic mindset to ensure the group evolves into a high-performing, data-centric unit aligned with Reserv's expansion goals

Adeptly create Board-, executive-team-, and tactical-level communications to facilitate workplanning, line-of-sight and accountability by the CEO or Board, and cross-functional collaboration

Required

2 to 3 years management consulting experience at Bain, BCG, or McKinsey

Undergraduate degree (i.e., BA or BS)
