InsightRx is launching a new PK/PD consulting services practice and is seeking a senior scientific leader with deep expertise in model-informed drug development. This role involves leading scientific engagements, shaping consulting offerings, and helping customers adopt an AI-driven PK/PD analysis platform.

Responsibilities

Lead InsightRx’s PK/PD consulting services as the primary scientific and strategic point of contact

Conduct and oversee PK/PD and model-informed analyses across early and late-stage development programs

Advise pharma and biotech partners on modeling strategy, study design, and interpretation of results

Help grow the consulting business through strong industry relationships and a credible scientific presence

Guide customers in adopting our AI-powered PK/PD analysis platform and integrating it into their workflows

Collaborate with product, AI, data science, and engineering teams to refine and expand platform capabilities

Establish processes, standards, and best practices for a scalable consulting organization

Mentor future hires and contribute to building a high-performing team

Represent InsightRx in scientific and industry forums
